Senders agree to pay the Traveler an agreed-upon fee for delivery. We may charge a service or transaction fee for using the platform. All payments must be made through our secure system unless otherwise stated.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, damage, or theft of documents during transit. We do not vet or verify users beyond basic identity checks and do not guarantee the reliability or honesty of any Sender or Traveler.
Any disputes between Senders and Travelers (including non-delivery or non-payment) must be resolved directly between the parties. We may assist with mediation at our discretion but are not obligated to do so.
